Seminar-Workshops on Gender-Responsive Planning and Mainstreaming in Economic Development Planning
- Undertook a GAD training needs assessment of NEDA Central Office staff and managers
- Conceptualized and conducted 4 training courses on gender-responsive planning for economic development planners and their managers, as part of NEDA�s Capability Building on Gender Mainstreaming Project (with assistance from CIDA)
- Focused the course on developing sensitiveness to the gender impacts of economic policies, gender analysis of development projects, and integrating gender in economic development planning
- The training modules are now part of NEDA�s institutional courses for its planning and technical staff.
